Sometimes a day escape can be just what you need to hit the reset button and what better place to do this than Fonty's pool!

Our Yoga Day is perfect for those living in the Southern Forests or surrounds but if you would like to join us from further away why not come down to stay at Fonty's on the Friday and Saturday night, join us for our regular yoga class on Saturday morning, explore the region on Saturday at your leisure then take part in our Yoga day on Sunday. Drive home after or extend your stay until Monday.

 

This Yoga Day is for everyone. Men, women, those new to yoga, or seasoned yogis. We have put together a wonderful day to celebrate both the masculine and the feminine with some fantastic instructors for you.

BROGA with Quinn McLachlan
This one is for the guys. No lycra, no fluff but a yoga practice made for men!

 

FEMININE FLOW with Susie McLachlan
While the boys practice Broga the women flow in a Vinyasa practice with Susie.

Susie and Quinn are a husband and wife team who own and operate Yoga Health and Healing in Perth and have been teaching yoga for 20 years between them. We are so excited to have them with us for this day!

Herbal teas, delish treats and a nutritious lunch prepared with love by Kelly.

 

RESTORATIVE YOGA + YOGA NIDRA with Jen Birkhead
Learning how to rest and rejuvenate with yoga assisted by props. Then enjoy Yoga sleep the space between dreams and consciousness. Jen is a Yoga instructor here at Fonty's Pool and loves sharing the magic of the region and yoga with others.

 

ORCHARD WALK/SWIM
Take advantage of the amazing setting of Fonty's Pool. Join us for a walk in beautiful surroundings or have a swim in the pool.

Fonty’s Pool is a truly beautiful sanctuary that amplifies all the benefits of practising yoga.

Yoga is a wonderful way to remain calm and connect back to your breath, body and spirit, as well as the known benefits of regular movement.

Our classes are for those staying at the park or living locally. We cater for all levels of experience in our classes, whether yoga is new to you or something that you already enjoy.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily.
Bring a water bottle. Props are supplied.

HOW TO BOOK YOGA CLASSES ONLINE

  • To book a class click the 'BOOK NOW' button below.

  • You will see an option to enter a date in 'Activities from'.

  • Click on the calendar and you will see that all dates that have classes will be indicated with a star.

  • Select the date you wish to attend and the class options for that day will be displayed.

  • Click show dates.

  • Click show times.

  • Click add to cart.

  • Enter details and pay via credit/debit card.

  • You will receive an email with your ticket.

 

SOUND MEDITATION

First Thursday of the month 12.15pm


A sound meditation is a form of sound therapy where gongs, singing bowls and other instruments are played in a therapeutic way. It produces a resonance and subtle rhythm throughout the body. It's complex harmonics create an acoustic ocean of sound waves and energy flow, which can be experienced as a form of meditation and relaxation.

All you have to do is to lie comfortably, close your eyes and relax.
