Fonty’s Pool is a truly beautiful sanctuary that amplifies all the benefits of practising yoga.

Yoga is a wonderful way to remain calm and connect back to your breath, body and spirit, as well as the known benefits of regular movement.

Our classes are for those staying at the park or living locally. We cater for all levels of experience in our classes, whether yoga is new to you or something that you already enjoy.

Slow flow class with Gwen.

THURSDAY 5.30pm - 1 hr

All level class with Gwen.

SATURDAY 7.30am - 1 hr(from September 19th) 

All level class with Jen.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily.
Bring a water bottle. Props are supplied.

If you are pregnant or have any injuries please advise the instructor before class begins.

Online bookings for our classes are essential as we have limited spots available.
You can book a single class or you can book a 4 week block for a month.

 

THE BENEFITS OF BOOKING A FOUR WEEK BLOCK
As with most things in life, consistency is key. Committing to self care, in the form of yoga, has benefits for you physically, mentally and spiritually. You will also save money, as the cost of each class comes down when you book and pay for the four. You also secure your spot as numbers in our classes are limited.


HOW TO BOOK YOGA CLASSES ONLINE

  • To book a class click the 'BOOK NOW' button below.

  • You will see an option to enter a date in 'Activities from'.

  • Click on the calendar and you will see that all dates that have classes will be indicated with a star.

  • Select the date you wish to attend and the class options for that day will be displayed.

  • Click show dates.

  • Click show times.

  • Click add to cart.

  • Enter details and pay via credit/debit card.

  • You will receive an email with your ticket.

 

HOW TO BOOK A FOUR WEEK BLOCK ONLINE

Blocks usually start the first week of the month (sometimes it may be the second week).

  • Select the first Thursday or Saturday of the month.

  • Scroll down until you see the 4 week block option. 

  • Click show dates. The date showing indicates the first week of a block of four consecutive weeks. The four dates will be stated in the description.

  • Click show times. 

  • Click add to cart.

  • Enter details and pay via credit/debit card.

  • You have now paid for all four classes, your spot is secured and all you have to do for the month is turn up. 

SOUND MEDITATION

First Thursday of the month 12.15pm


A sound meditation is a form of sound therapy where gongs, singing bowls and other instruments are played in a therapeutic way. It produces a resonance and subtle rhythm throughout the body. It's complex harmonics create an acoustic ocean of sound waves and energy flow, which can be experienced as a form of meditation and relaxation.

All you have to do is to lie comfortably, close your eyes and relax.
