Our instructors will guide you through the practice in a way that allows you to feel comfortable and supported while also inviting and encouraging you develop your practice.
We offer a varied timetable of morning and evening classes as well as a monthly sound meditation class.

We do have props and mats or you can bring your own if you prefer. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class commences.

A sound meditation is a form of sound therapy where gongs, singing bowls and other instruments are played in a therapeutic way. It produces a resonance and subtle rhythm throughout the body. It's complex harmonics create an acoustic ocean of sound waves and energy flow, which can be experienced as a form of meditation and relaxation.
All you have to do is to lie comfortably and close your eyes and relax.
